Name: Sean Lindsay

Position: US Math & Computer Science Teacher

Education: BS in Math from University of Maryland, Baltimore County (2005), MAED in Instructional Technology from UTSA (2017)

What did you do before you came to Keystone: I taught MS/HS math in a variety of places around the country (MD, WA, Alamo Heights, NC) as I moved with my wife who is an officer in the USAF.

Why do you like working here: I love the culture of Keystone. I get to work with incredibly bright and driven students and have the autonomy to adjust my curriculum to meet their passions.

Hobbies/pastimes: I am one of the captains of San Antonio’s competitive ultimate frisbee team. I also enjoy disc golf. I have a 3d printer, and enjoy designing things for that. I am an avid fantasy football player and a diehard Ravens fan. I also enjoy cooking fancy food and then eating said fancy food.

Something (personal or professional) you’re proud of: I am proud of finishing my Master’s. We had our son during that time, so it was difficult to have my time spread thin across work, family, and school. I ended up finishing with 4.0 GPA.

Favorite/inspirational book: "The Demon-Haunted World," by Carl Sagan

Favorite quote: If you think a weakness can be turned into a strength, I hate to tell you this, but that's another weakness. --Jack Handey.
